Retail Display Agreement
GUARANTEED RESALE
This option is available to retail stores in the marine and related industries. Latitudes & Attitudes agrees to send the designated number of copies of Latitudes & Attitudes Magazine to the address indicated, freight pre-paid on a Guaranteed resale basis. Upon the receipt of a new issue the retailer will take any unsold copies of Latitudes & Attitudes off display and tear off the cover. The publisher agrees to credit the retailer 50% ($3.99) of the cover price ($7.99) for each cover to be deducted from the next invoice. Simply return the unsold cover for credit. All credits must be taken no later then 90 days after next issue arrives.
