When?
02/17/2018
The 2018 Miami International Boat Showwill be held Feb. 15-19 at the iconic Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin and for the first time in decades will be joined by its sailing counterpart, Strictly Sail Miami. As a result, the five biggest days in boating will join together at Miami Marine Stadium, becoming easier to access than ever before.
With the addition of sailboats and catamarans, as well as more powerboats, the show will feature nearly 700 boats in its extensive deep water basin, bringing the total boat count for the 2018 show to 1,400 new boats available for purchase. Set within Miami Marine Stadium, the show features one of the most scenic views in the country overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami, making it a beloved destination for approximately 100,000 boating enthusiasts.
To create a custom, specific experience for the sailing community, sailboats and catamarans will be featured in an exclusive area in-water. In addition, sailing accessories, sailing-related travel and charter experiences, and other sail-focused booth displays, will be located in a dedicated sail area on land, providing a cohesive experience for attendees and exhibitors.

We plan on being at the show and will be looking forward to the Cruisers Party. Along with a chance to win another 7 day charter, we had a awesome time with Dream Yacht Charter several years ago.
Regards,
Lisa & Pete Montgomery
We will be at the show and the party. Haven’t missed it in the last 7 years. The cruisers party is the highlight of the show for us. Thanks for all the wonderful things we have won. Just look for the two Canadians with tickets wrapped around their necks. Lol. Do you have any idea if they will be running a late bus or water taxi?
Cheers Gary and Chris
Update on the shuttle to Parking Lot A—See the link (in green) above as you will need to buy a ticket for that lot. The Shuttle buses will be running form the party at 9 to 9:30pm back to the Lot A.
As far as a Dream Yacht Charter Cruise I'm afraid I can't get any charter companies to give us one. However, each prize will have at least a $75 value. Forespar will be giving away a Pure Water+ system worth $150 and Kanberra will be giving away an new diffuser system with oil an $80 value, plus many more cool items from the exhibitors at the show.
Pete
No Problem, on Dream Yacht, we will be their to support you all and enjoy the evening with like minded folks.
Thanks for all your hard work.
My daughter wants to join us for the Cruisers party but doesn’t have a boat show ticket/ can she still get in?
Fantastic show…not enough time to see and learn everything there is to see and learn. Wish I had started coming to this show 20 years ago. The food is good, the classes are fun, and the boats and boats and boats. And no shortage of staff. No long lines. Company reps, dealer reps…all ready to help you make the decisions for whatever your boating needs are. Even the ferry ride, mingle with the crowd, have some food, and your favorite beverage to wash it down. See you there next year.
Great article, with a lot of good advice. Your blog is very informative. Thank you for sharing this post.
Thanks a lot for the post. It was worth reading
Wow. What an awesome experience. Wouldn't miss it for anything. No hassle experience in parking and taking a water taxi to get there. All the workers couldn't have been any nicer. We saw it all, ate great food and were wowed by so many brands bringing out their newest models for us all to gush over. A definite must do, a grand occasion not to be missed.
